COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy:
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply:

Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay.
To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on big4.com.au. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions.
BIG4 Bright will take a $100 CANCELLATION FEE for all cancellations. For cancellations within ONE MONTH (30 days) of the arrival date, BIG4 Bright will take your deposit. For cancellations within one month of peak periods, BIG4 Bright will forfeit entire stay charges. For no-shows, BIG4 Bright will charge entire stay charges. By booking with BIG4 Bright and confirming your booking with a deposit, you agree to these cancellation terms and conditions to be applied at the discretion of BIG4 Bright.

Deposits & Payments: A minimum deposit of $400.00 is required for cabin bookings and a minimum deposit of $200.00 is required for site bookings. For bookings during peak periods, a minimum deposit of $500.00 is required for cabin bookings and a minimum deposit of $300.00 is required for site bookings. Online Bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Booking: All balances owing are to be paid IN FULL upon arrival.
Check In/Out Procedures: CHECK IN time is from 2:00pm. CHECK OUT time no later than 10:00am. LATE CHECKOUTS may be arranged with prior consent from the office. A $50 fee applies to checkouts longer than ½ an hour. After 6:30 pm arrivals, please contact Guest Services on 1800 033 188 for details on checking in.
Park Policies: Cabins are to be left clean and tidy with dishes and cookware cleaned and put away, all rubbish and fridge items to be removed. BIG4 Bright reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $100 for cabins left in an inappropriate manner. All Cabins are strictly NON SMOKING. In consideration of the health and comfort of incoming guests, any failure to comply with this policy will incur an additional fee of $200 for cleaning purposes. This fee can also be applied at BIG4 Bright’s discretion in the case of strong permeable odours.
BIG4 Bright reserves the right to change site and cabin allocation when necessary. Dogs are permitted on sites during certain periods and at the manager’s discretion. It will not be possible to book with a dog on BIG4.com.au. Please contact our Park directly.
No CAMPFIRES allowed in park. This is non-negotiable.
BIG4 Bright has a no noise policy after 10:00 pm.
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates and rollerblades are welcome to be ridden within the park during daylight hours only. Safety equipment MUST be worn and children must be under direct parental supervision at all times. Local and Government road traffic rules and safety provisions apply. Riders/guardians must also abide by further park rules and conditions whilst riding within the park boundaries.
Children remain the responsibility of parents/guardians and must be supervised throughout the park.
A linen change will be provided for stays longer than seven days, this service is included in the tariff. Extra linen or towels can be provided at any time at a charge of $2 per item.
In an EMERGENCY – Police/Fire/Ambulance – DIAL 000. In case of emergency, please assemble on the lawn in front of the amenities block and await instructions from Emergency Services or Park management.
