We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Our Two Storey Mountain View Spa Townhouses are located within our seasonally landscaped gardens and feature magnificent mountain views. Fully self-contained, our Townhouses provide spacious, contemporary holiday living. From romantic getaways, through to family and group get-togethers they provide the perfect base for you to explore beautiful Bright and the surrounds. Relax on the upstairs deck after a long day and enjoy the spectacular views the mountains have to offer. Climate controlled all year round and split over two levels, the first level features the three bedrooms and main bathroom with a relaxing spa bath to unwind in after a long day. The main bedroom features a queen size bed whilst the second bedroom contains two single beds with the third bedroom consisting of a set of bunks. The second level provides a spacious and open plan living area with dining and lounge and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large fridge/freezer, microwave and gas cooktop with oven. A powder room is also located upstairs for your convenience. Ideally located in the resort precinct of Bright along the beautiful Ovens River, BIG4 Bright Holiday Park is within walking distance from the Bright township and its many offerings of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment.

Deposits & Payments:
A minimum deposit of $200.00 is required for cabin bookings and a minimum deposit of $100.00 is required for site bookings. For bookings during peak periods, a minimum deposit of $250.00 is required for cabin bookings and a minimum deposit of $150.00 is required for site bookings. Online Bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
All balances owing are to be paid IN FULL upon arrival Check In/Out Procedures CHECK IN time is from 2pm. CHECK OUT time no later than 10am. LATE CHECKOUTS may be arranged with prior consent from the office. A $20 fee applies to checkouts longer than ½ an hour. After 6:00pm arrivals, please contact Guest Services on 1800 033 188 for details on checking in.
Cabins are to be left clean and tidy with dishes and cookware cleaned and put away, all rubbish and fridge items to be removed. BIG4 Bright reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $100 for cabins left in an inappropriate manner. All Cabins are strictly NON SMOKING. In consideration of the health and comfort of incoming guests, any failure to comply with this policy will incur an additional fee of $200 for cleaning purposes. This fee can also be applied at BIG4 Bright’s discretion in the case of strong permeable odours.
BIG4 Bright reserves the right to change site and cabin allocation when necessary.
Dogs are permitted on sites during certain periods and at the manager’s discretion. It will not be possible to book with a dog on BIG4.com.au. Please contact our Park directly.
No CAMPFIRES allowed in park. This is non-negotiable.
BIG4 Bright has a no noise policy after 10PM.
A linen change will be provided for stays longer than seven days, this service is included in the tariff.
Extra linen or towels can be provided at any time at a charge of $2 per item.
In an EMERGENCY – Police/Fire/Ambulance – DIAL 000. In case of emergency, please assemble on the lawn in front of the amenities block and await instructions from Emergency Services or Park management.

BIG4 Bright reserves the right to charge a $50 CANCELLATION FEE for all cancellations. For cancellations within ONE MONTH (30 days) of the arrival date, BIG4 Bright reserves the right to forfeit your deposit. For cancellations within one month of peak periods, BIG4 Bright reserves the right to forfeit entire stay charges. For no-shows, BIG4 Bright reserves the right to charge entire stay charges.
By booking with BIG4 Bright and confirming your booking with a deposit, you agree to these cancellation terms and conditions to be applied at the discretion of BIG4 Bright.
