Take a tour along the Chaffey Trail and learn all about the regions heritage, visiting nine historical landmarks including the Rio Vista House - home to the Chaffey Family. If you see yourself as a foodie you will be delighted with the range of fine dining and local wineries that Mildura has to offer. The region is surrounded by orchards and market farms which produce fantastic local produce which you can see on restaurant menus. With Milduras great climate and sunny days it attracts many golfers, with several golf courses to choose from you can make a week out of it. Murray Darling River System
The Darling and the Murray are Australias two biggest rivers. See the display of the swirling waters as they come to join at Wentworth.
Mungo National Park
This world heritage listed National Park which is part of the Willandra lakes, is 110km north east of Mildura and is a must see and do trip either by your own vehicle or an organised tour that will pick up and drop off at our park. Allow a day to visit this unique outback natural beauty which include the Walls of China, shearing quarters and tens of thousands of years of human history. Organised day tours and self drive tours and are available, weather permitting.
Take a cruise along the Murray River on one of Milduras historical Paddle Steamers. The Melbourne operates twice daily and cruises through lock 11. The Rothbury had winery cruises, evening dinner cruises and luncheon cruises.
Arts and Culture
Mildura features inspiring galleries which are open all year round. A popular attraction is the Art Vault which is located in the heart of the city.
Milduras great climate brings everyone from professionals to weekend enthusiasts. There are several great courses in the region giving you a fantastic choice of places to play.
The Chaffey Trail
The Chaffey Trail is a self drive tour which takes you to nine of Mildura historical landmarks including the Rio Vista House.
Australian Inland Botanic Gardens
The Australian Inland Botanic Gardens is set on 167ha with 48ha of landscaped gardens. This is a must see when visiting the Mildura region. The rose garden of 1600 bushes is alive with spectacular colour from October through to June. The unique 19th Century outback pioneering buildings are a popular point of interest, and are available for the public to use. Also enjoy a coffee and a browse through the gift store which is open daily.
Orange world is a working citrus property offering tours around the picturesque property of avocado trees, numerous citrus varieties and tree grafting areas. Travel on the 70 seat under cover tractor train, and receive commentary on a wealth of citrus information with a juicy sense of humour. In orange blossom time the trees are laden with blossom and the beautiful sweet scent drifts throughout the orchard. One of the best tours in the Sunraysia district!
Mildura Formula K Grand Prix Go Karts
The go karts provide challenges for all riders with long straights, sharp corners and winding bends. You can chose from double karts to take your young one for a spin, junior karts and senior karts for the adults.

An 18 hole themed mini golf course perfect for the whole family. Open 7 days, Putt Putt Mildura also has arcade games, V8 super car simulators and dodgem cars!
Woodsies Gem Shop
An attraction for all ages! Woodsies Gem Shop showcases some of Australia’s most valuable jewellery, with over 6,000 pieces of gemstones. There is also a Huge Garden Crazy Maze that is covered by over 200 types of flowering creepers and ground creepers, plus an Aladdin’s cave of glowing gems and crystals from around the world. There is also a workshop where you can watch free cutting and grinding displays, plus a great café to stop for morning tea or lunch.

Goanna Run is a Rod Run / Kustom Kulture Festival , embracing hot rod and custom type vehicles and the lifestyle aspects associated with the same including fashion, hair and makeup, art, music, dance and automotive styling. Restaurants and traders are joining in and styling up providing a unique experience for visitors and locals alike. Saturday night in Langtree Ave you will be amazed by the hot rods on display and you’ll be rockin’ to the music. On the Sunday afternoon take a leisurely stroll among the cars and talk to the owners.
