A deposit of a minimum of 1 nights accommodation is required at time of booking.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes will be accommodated whenever possible and at no charge, if the site/cabin is of the same tariff. If the dates are changed to a higher tariff period, the higher tariff will apply. Cancellations outside 7 days from check in date will attract a cancellation fee of $20. Cancellations within 7 days of check in date will forfeit the 1st nights accommodation tariff.
Visitors who stay overnight will attract a fee of $10 per person per night for sites and $15 p/p p/n for cabins.
Pets are acceptable at the manager's discretion and must be declared at time of booking. Pets are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in cabins, ensuites and communal areas such as amenities block, camp kitchen, pool etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposits and Payments - A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking, except where otherwise specified. The balance is due on check in. CHANGING RESERVATION DATES (in conjunction with the policies outlined below Below)- When dates for bookings are changed and the request can be accommodated, there will be no charge. If we cannot change the booking, the rules for cancellations apply. If a guest calls within the cancellation period - cancellation policy still applies. CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations advised with seven day's notice or less before the day of arrival a fee equal to one nights accommodation will be kept as a cancellation fee. Cancellations advised with more that 7 days notice before day of arrival will be fully refunded less $20.00 cancellation fee. REFUND CONDITIONS - Provided the necessary notice has been given and you are able to receive a refund, the remaining deposit will be refunded in the original method paid: - CREDIT CARD Refunded onto the credit card - THE SAME CREDIT CARD AS THE ONE THAT PAID THE DEPOSIT (this is for security reasons) Reception hours are 8am to 6.00pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Fees may apply to arrivals after 8pm. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays may apply as per the booking chart. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2pm. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age •We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits. ABN:65 646 792 904
