BIG4 Port Fairy is operating with a heightened sense of care and responsibility towards our guests and our team.
In addition to our existing cleaning and Health and Safety practices we are:
- Sanitising all equipment between users
- Upholding stringent hand sanitising practices in relation to all operations
- Upholding social distancing and density requirements for facilities
- Holding additional regular staff training and updates
- Frequently sanitising high traffic surfaces and areas including doors, toilets, payment facilities and communal areas
- Checking Australian Department of Health updates regularly and continuously following official recommendations
- Consulting with employees in terms of their well-being and maintaining strict policies of attendance that require fit for work approval after any absence
We will continue to update our team and guests as information becomes available from Government.

- A mandatory registration form must be signed prior to checking in.
- Social distancing requirements apply, including guests and staff remaining 1.5m apart from each other and no more than 1 person per 4 square metres.
- One person, per booking, enters the Reception or Shop area at anytime
- Guests must abide by safe practice and hygiene rules, including frequent handwashing with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, before and after entering communal facilities and/or before and after any contact with surfaces that are used by more than one person.
- The enjoyment of our guests is paramount as such, our team have been trained in COVID-19 best practice hygiene and cleaning procedures. To ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay with us.
- We ask you to please follow any instructions given by our team and continue to abide by existing State and Federal COVID-19 restrictions for the wellbeing of all.
- We also ask that you check at the time of booking for any updates as restrictions may change from time to time.
