Our Health and Safety Guidelines

The current COVID-19 restrictions require us to do things a little differently for the time being.  We have introduced COVID-19 best practice hygiene, cleaning, operational and social practices for the safety of our guests and our staff and therefore ask that you please co-operate by following the guidelines below:
 

The current COVID-19 restrictions require us to do things a little differently for the time being.  We have introduced COVID-19 best practice hygiene, cleaning, operational and social practices for the safety of our guests and our staff and therefore ask that you please co-operate by following the guidelines below:

  • If you or any other member of your family is unwell please postpone your visit for another time, we will still be here!
  • In addition, if you or anyone travelling with you becomes unwell whilst staying with us or anytime in the two weeks following your departure, we need you to let us know straight away.  This is mandatory to assist government authorities for the purposes of tracing.
  • We will need the details of all guests in your booking including name and contact phone number. Please ensure each member of your booking party (over the age of 12) scans the QR code at reception and provides the requested information.  You may need to download the Service Victoria App to complete this process.
  • Social distancing is part of life at the moment and guests and staff are required to remain 1.5m apart from each other and no more than 1 person per 4 square metres.  This has been enforced throughout the park and we have plenty of signs to remind you.
  • All guests in your booking group must comply with the current COVID-19 requirements relating social distancing and visitor numbers
  • For your safety and that of our staff, our reception office is closed and we are providing contactless check-in and check out for all our guests.
  • We will still be providing our cheery customer service over the phone and our friendly team will be available to assist you with any requirements during your stay.
    • If you do need assistance with anything please first call us on 5472 1125 prior to coming to reception and one of our customer service team will assist you.  We are more than happy to help with anything you need including kart hire, gas bottles and extending your stay.   We will first try to assist you via phone.
    • If it is required for you to come to reception please ensure you are abiding by the current social distancing requirements.  Please wait outside reception and do not enter the office.  A staff member will come outside to meet you.
    • Hand sanitiser is provided for your use outside reception.  Please use it prior to interaction with our reception staff.
    • Ensure only one person, per booking, comes to reception for any purpose.
  • At the moment we are cash free and payment prior to arrival is required.
  • We can now allow visitors to the park, however to comply with current regulations, visitors must check-in with us at reception and scan the QR code provided, provide their contact details for contact tracing purposes.  Maximum visitors per site is 2.
  • We ask that you always supervise your children in the park, to help them with, and ensure adherence to, the social distancing requirements, including on the jumping pillow.
  • Safe practice and hygiene rules are critical to protecting each other so please ensure you are washing your hands frequently with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, before and after entering communal facilities and/or before and after any contact with surfaces that are used by more than one person. 
  • Please exercise safe respiratory hygiene, including avoiding touching your face and ensuring you cover your mouth and nose when you cough and/or sneeze with either a tissue that you dispose of immediately after use or your bent elbow and then washing your hands.
  • Feel free to wave or curtsy ☺ but please refrain from shaking hands or touching anyone outside of your booking party.
  • We encourage all guests and staff to download and activate the COVIDSafe app!

Your enjoyment and the safety of all our guests, staff and the wider community is our top priority. We ask you to please follow any instructions given by our team and continue to abide by existing State and Federal COVID-19 restrictions for the wellbeing of all.
