Phillip Island Penguins
See the Little Penguins every night at twilight as they waddle up the beach to their breeding nests.

Wilsons Promontory National Park
Wilsons Promontory is only a short drive away. A 45 minute drive will take you to Tidal River where you can start your walks through the scenic national park. The variety of walks is endless for all levels of fitness.

Coal Creek Heritage Village
A picturesque heritage village where you can wander through the yesteryear. Historic coal mining town recreated for your enjoyment in the township of Korumburra.

Screw Creek Nature Walk
The nature walk starts from the park, it is a 1.5km 40 minute return walking trail extending over the estuarine creek, through white mangroves and grasslands to the lookout on Townsend Bluff.

Bunurong Coastal Drive
The Bunurong Coastal Drive links the township of Cape Patterson and Inverloch and provides spectacular coastal views with a number of convenient access points. Stretching 17km, the Bunurong Coastal Drive is set amongst cliffs, rocky headlands and sandy coves.

Bass Coast Rail Trail
The Bass Coast Rail Trail stretches 16km from Wonthaggi to Anderson and is Victoria's only coastal rail trail. Suitable for walkers, cyclists and horses, it highlights the area's rich coal mining history and offers spectacular views.

Inverloch Surf Beach
Have a surf at the Inverloch surf beach. The surf beach is patrolled during the summer season.

State Coal Mine
Visit the museum and restored mining village at the State Coal Mine in Wonthaggi.

Leongatha Golf Course
Visitors are welcome at all times throughout the year. The Leongatha Golf Club boasts the reputation as one of country Victoria’s most well maintained and best designed golf courses. It is located a short 15 minute drive from the popular holiday destination of Inverloch.

Inverloch Jazz Festival
from 11 March, 2016 to 14 March, 2016
The Jazz Festival is held every year on Labour Day long weekend in Inverloch with local well known jazz musicians playing in the streets and marquees. The music plays for the full 3 days culminating with an afternoon in The Glades.

Inverloch Lions Club Fun Run & Billy Cart Derby

The A'Beckett Street hill again becomes the course for the annual Billy Cart Derby and Fun Run. Street Festival, Fun Run and Billy Cart Derby run by Lions Club of Inverloch and District. Inverloch Farmers Market - Last Sunday of the Month
from 01 July, 2016 to 30 September, 2017
All locally grown and made produce from the Gippsland area. There is fresh organic meat, fruit and veg, cheese, wine, jams and much more. It is an accredited with the Victorian Farmers Market Association. It is on every last Sunday of each month.
