Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Please include your tow/draw bar in the estimate.
Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).
Note: Include annexes of pullouts in width.

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

A large grass site suitable for equipment 8.3 to 12.2 metres (28 to 40 ft) in length.
Sites: after 11am, cabins: from 3pm
Sites and cabins: 10am
8:30am-7pm weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends. These hours are extended during peak periods. As a courtesy, please make arrangements for out-of-hours arrivals and departures with office staff prior to your stay.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit or payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking. The park will process this against your credit card and send a confirmation email. If you have made arrangements to direct deposit your payment(s), please provide your reservation number and name as a reference: BSB: 083-894 ACCT: 15-972-5476. Peak period payments require full payment prior to arrival: Christmas by 1 October and Easter by 1 February. These can be paid in installments via arrangements with reception.
Changes & Cancellations
Administration Fee for Cancellations: Here at BIG4 St Helens Holiday Park, we endeavour to do all we can to make your stay with us enjoyable. We understand that at times you may need to change or cancel your travel plans, so the following cancellation conditions apply: Off Peak: Outside of 28 days - *Refund of payment less a $10 administration fee. Off Peak: Within 28 days - *Refund of payment less a $20 administration fee. Peak/Special Events: Outside of 28 days - *Refund of payment less a $20 administration fee. Peak: Within 28 days - *If we are able to fill your entire booking refund of payment less a $30 administration fee.
Site Extras: $15 per adult, $10 per child (3-14 years old), per night. Cabin Extras: $22 per person, per night. Bonds: A bond payment may be requested at time of booking or check-in. This will be refunded within five days based on satisfactory inspection of the accommodation/satisfactory behaviour of the client(s)/group. Damage/Undue Cleaning: Any damage or extra cleaning as a result of your stay will result in extra charges being applied to your account and processed on your credit card.
Dogs: As part of the new Holiday Park Policy we now allow well-behaved dogs all year round, including all peak periods, however they are not to be taken into any cabins or other park buildings with the exception of registered Guide Dogs.
You need to know
