These modern stylish two bedroom deluxe cabins with quality fittings offer a queen bed in the main bedroom, and three bunks in the second bedroom that sleeps up to five guests. All linen is provided. They have a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, lounge with sofa, television, DVD player, and air-conditioning. The cabin has a furnished deck. Australian Standards state that children under nine years old should not sleep on top bunks. Please take this into consideration when making your booking. Weekend single night supplement applies for bookings over the telephone.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit is the cost of the first night's base tariff and must be received by the Holiday Park at the time of booking or within 7 days of reserving to confirm your reservation. Please advise Park if paying by BIG4 Gift Vouchers.
Day visitors will incur a charge of $10.00 per child. The park facilities are then available for use. Day visitors must depart park by 10.00pm.
What you need to know
COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy:
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply:
- You, or an immediate family member, have COVID–19 at the time of stay or you have tested positive for COVID–19 within 7 days prior to arrival:
- Under a local health or government directive, you are required to self-isolate because you have been identified as a contact of a person who is a reported or suspected case of COVID-19 (note: the self-isolation requirements vary depending on the state and/or circumstances); or
- A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you can no longer travel to, or from, your destination.
Note: You may be required to provide reasonable evidence that the above circumstances apply.
Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay.
To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on big4.com.au. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions.
Low Season Deposits will be refunded if cancelled 7 days or more, prior to arrival. Deposits can be transferred to a rebooked cabin or site, subject to availability and must be taken within 6 months of original reservation. Cancellations requested within 7 days prior to day of arrival are subject to loss of deposit. High Season deposits made wholly or partially in High Season will be refunded if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations requested up to 29 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of deposit. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of 20% up to a value of $50.

Day Guests: Paying guests who are expecting visitors during their stay, are requested to inform reception staff at the time of check in. During times of high occupancy, visitors may be refused entry to the park. No Visitors pets are permitted onto the park. A day tariff will apply for all visitors to the park. Weekend Single Night Supplement BIG4 Port Willunga Tourist Park reserves the right to charge a weekend single night supplement on all Spa Unit and Deluxe Cabin bookings made via the telephone booking service.
When making a direct reservation with a BIG4 Holiday Park, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted by park owners subject to the listed cancellation policy guidelines. Any reservations through agents or other third parties may be subject to separate policies and you should check their conditions.
Deposits made by credit card will only be refunded back to the original credit card. Other deposit types will be refunded via bank deposits or cheque. No Cash refunds available. Early Departures No refunds for early departures. Failure to Notify of Cancellation If you do not notify the park owner of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be cancelled by the park owner without refund of any paid deposit.
