Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Check in

    Arrival time is 2pm. Check in prior to this time is not guaranteed.

  • Check out

    Check out time is 10.00 on the day of departure.

  • Reception hours

    8am - 6pm, 7 days a week. Should you be planning to arrive after 6pm please contact reception to arrange out of hours check in, site map and collection of your key.

  • Deposit & Payments

    Full payment of accommodation as a deposit is required. Conditions apply for large bookings.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    This is non-refundable if your booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations before this will incur a $20.00 administration fee. Should you choose, for whatever reason to cut your stay short no refund will be provided.

  • Fees

    People taking advantage of our facilities are asked to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy manner, removing all rubbish and cleaning any dishes prior to departure as failure to do so will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $80.00 being charged to your credit card.

  • You need to know

    All Whitsunday tours can be booked through reception during your stay. Tours may also be pre-booked in peak times to avoid disappointment.
