Chinese New Year
The Innisfail Temple will be holding Lunar New Year celebrations on Sat 28th January 2017 from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
All visitors are most welcome to cleberate!
Celebrate Chinese New Year at Innisfail
Lit Sing Gung Chinese Temple (Joss House), Innisfail was re- built after a cyclone in March 1918. This was replaced by the current building which was established by Tom See Poy to current location and completed in January 1941. Today the local Chinese Community maintain the building as a Museum and is open every day to any person near and far who wish to reflect in the reverence and tranquillity offered within the Temple.
The 2017 Lunar New Year Celebrations are on the 28 January 2017, the day of a new moon and the Year of the Rooster.
PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE

- Dragon Dancing
- Other Entertainment.
