Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Please include your tow/draw bar in the estimate.
Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

Our lovely new Ensuite Cabins provide comfortable accommodation with a queen bed, set of bunks and pullout mattress, lounge and dining setting. All Ensuite Cabins include shower and toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cooking facilities, microwave and bar fridge. Private patio and outdoor setting. Linen and bath towels are provided in this accommodation. Sleeps five.
Before 10am on day of departure
Reception hours are 7am to 8pm. Check in time is between 2.00pm and 8.00pm on your scheduled date of arrival. Please contact Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort in advance if you will be arriving after 8.00pm so a late arrival can be arranged. Relevant deposits must be made in advance.
Deposit & Payments
Booking Policy: A credit card deposit equivalent to $50 for sites and $150 on most Accommodation is required, however with Condos, Luxury Villas, Deluxe Villas and Villas a deposit of $300 is required. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check in. We wish to advise that due to increasing operating costs, a service fee and credit card processing fee of 1.1% (inc GST) will apply to all payments using Visacard or Mastercard.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of accommodation more than seven days (or 24 hours for sites) prior to arrival will receive a full refund. If an accommodation cancellation is within seven days of arrival (or 24 hours for sites) the deposit is forfeited. No refunds are available for early departures. Reception hours are 7am to 8pm.

Please Note: Children under the age of 9 years are NOT allowed on top bunks. This applies to the Tropical Ensuite Cabins, Villas, Deluxe Villas, Luxury Villas and Condos.
Visitors Policy: Registered guests are allowed to have their visitors visit them at their accommodation or site at any time. Please ask your visitors to check in at Reception before entering the Resort. Please note however, that only registered guests, NOT visitors, may use or enter the Resort’s pools, water park and all recreational facilities and areas. Should you wish to register your visitors as guests for the day and have them use or enter the resort pools, water park and all recreational facilities or areas, a $15 per person charge will apply. This includes spectators. Each accommodation unit and site has a maximum number of guests allowable. Please enquire at Reception first should you wish to invite visitors over and would like them to be registered to use the Resort’s facilities. Day visitors including adults who are registered to use the Resort’s facilities will be issued with a wristband that must be worn while at the Resort. As you can understand, in fairness to all our paying guests, we do not want to over-crowd our facilities. Sorry to be so strict, but we have far too many trespassers coming into this privately and locally owned Resort. We thank all our guests who have been doing the right thing.
