Changes and Cancellation

A change of plans is a common occurrence, and we aim to assist you in any way we can. Deposits paid can be transferred to future bookings where they will become non-refundable. All cancellations will incur a minimum $20.00 administration fee. See full details below.


Pets

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets due to the close proximity of the endangered Southern Cassowary which roam the park.


Deposits and Payments

A minimum one night’s stay deposit will be charged at the time of making your reservation, with the balance to be paid: Upon arrival for off peak period bookings; or at least 14 days prior for peak period bookings. This streamlines your check in process during our busy period and means you only need pick up your keys at reception and drive in. More time to relax and enjoy your stay with us.


Fees

Your visitors are welcome to enjoy the park’s amenities with you during the day. All visitors must check in at reception and are subject to the same terms and conditions as other guests. A day pass fee will be charged for each person, regardless of age. Overnight guests are also welcome to join you upon paying the additional person rate for your accommodation

Our refund policy is as follows:
• A full refund, less administration fee, if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
• A full refund, less a one night’s accommodation charge, if cancellation notice is received between 1-14 days prior to arrival.
• No refund for less than 24 hours' notice. Funds can be transferred to a future booking which will become a non-refundable deposit on a future stay to occur within 12 months.

Flexible Booking Policy: We currently have a flexible booking policy in place to reassure our guests they can book with confidence in these uncertain times. If you need to change or cancel your booking because of COVID-19 restrictions, you can do so up to 72 hours prior to arrival. We can offer you the option to amend your booking or receive a full credit to use within 12 months. This applies to bookings arriving up until 31 July 2021 after which our regular terms and conditions will apply. Please don’t hesitate to contact our reception if you have any queries regarding this policy.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
