  • Reception hours

    Monday to Saturday: 8am to 6pm (as standard - office hours are extended during peak tourism months) Sunday: 8.30am to 6pm (as standard - office hours are extended during peak tourism months) Please contact Reception should you be arriving out of these times.

  • Deposit & Payments

    A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required to secure all bookings on sites and in cabins.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    Refund of Deposit/Payment in Full: A refund of a deposit or a refund of payment made in full, will be made if sufficient notice is given to Park management either by telephone or email. 72 hours is considered sufficient notice for a full refund of deposit. For bookings during Queensland School Holidays, Easter, Christmas/New Year and High Season (1 June - 31 September), 30 days notice must be given. For cancellations within 30 days the deposit/full payment will be retained & in the event that the booking is able to be resold, the deposit/payment will be refunded. Where a cancellation is necessary all concerns are dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management. Bunk Beds: Please note: where double bunk beds are used, we advise that bunk beds can be dangerous for children under 12 years of age and we ask that Parents & Carers take extreme care if using a top bunk bed and do not allow children to use the bunk beds as play equipment. On check-in we do ask parents to sign a safety form.
