Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.


Pets are allowed in your own accommodation not in onsite cabins (see below)and under NO circumstances are allowed inside any park cabin/villa accommodation. Pets are allowed on the cabin/villas verandas and must be kept on a lead at all times.

Deposits and Payments

One nights deposit to secure your booking, balance within 7 days of arrival during peak times.


Visitors Policy - Should you wish to register your visitors as guests for the day and have them use or enter the park’s pools, waterpark and all recreational facilities or areas, a $15 per person charge will apply. This includes spectators. Please enquire at Reception prior should you wish to have visitors and would like them to be registered to use the Park. Limits do apply.

What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: A Cancellation fee of 10% applies to all cancellations. Cancellations under 7 days before arrival forfeit all monies paid/owing. No refunds are given for early departure.

Sharie Pty Ltd Booking Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made with more than seven days notice a full refund will be made less cancellation fee of 10%. This applies to all cancellations. Cancellations under seven days before arrival forfeit all monies paid. There are no refunds given for early departure.

CHECK IN time is 11am for caravan/camping sites and after 2pm for cabins.

CHECK OUT time is strictly 10am. We can make arrangements for a late check out but you must request this on check in. A small cost of $25 per family applies.

You agree to pay us for any loss or damage to villa/cabins or equipment in villa/cabin or park during your stay. You agree to pay any additional cleaning fee if the villa/cabin is not left in a reasonable condition. Reception hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guide dogs to be advised by prior arrangement with us). All cabin accommodation and park facilities is non-smoking. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.

please be aware the large resort pool and water park shuts at 6PM but the other smaller pool is open til late.
PETS are not allowed in onsite cabins and anyone breaking this rule will be charged an extra $200 cleaning charge, asked to vacate the property forfeit all monies paid for the accommodation.

Liability: We do not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise of service providers over whom we have no direct control. Nor do we accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event, which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

For the purpose of calculation of the tariff, an adult is 15 years and over, a child is 2-14 years and an infant is under two years of age. Please note, by law, children under the age of nine are not permitted to sleep on top bunk in the two-bedroom cabins. Maximum number of persons per villa/cabin will be determined by bedding capacity. For bookings on powered ensuite sites, powered sites or unpowered sites only one van or tent per site with a maximum of six people per site. You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons and agree to pay any additional charges, or for day visitors. A responsible adult (over the age of 18) must be present during the entire booked stay.

FAMILY DAY PASSES: Open from 10:30am to 5:30pm. If you intend coming, you will need to call and book in advance as limited spots available. We can then be able to ensure our numbers are not excessive and that everyone enjoys the day....
Cost is $20 per person (including spectators) children 2yrs and under are no charge, this includes use of all park's facilities and bbq's.
Bookings will be taken each week for that week only.
Restrictions apply over school holidays and long weekends (includes 22nd Dec - 2nd Jan 2018). In fairness to all our paying guests, we do not want to over-crowd our facilities and therefore day visitors are not allowed over school holidays and long weekends (including 22nd Dec to Jan 2nd). Sorry to be strict, but we do have daily limitations on coming into this privately owned Park.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
