Booking Terms & Conditions
After 12pm for sites and 2pm for cabins and villas
Low Season 8am-5pm, seven days a week High Season 7am-7pm seven days a week
Deposit & Payments
A night fee deposit will be taken at time of booking. Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival for Easter, Christmas and all long weekends.
Extra charges for day visitors: $15 a family (2 adults and children) or $5 per person. Visitors are required to park outside the boom gate and are allowed into the park from 9 am-5 pm.
You need to know
Booking Policy - A credit card deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation (if staying more than one night) is required at the time of booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made more than 28 days prior to arrival for a full refund. If a cancellation is within 8-28 days of arrival a cancellation fee of $20 will apply. Cancellations within seven days will forfeit the guest deposit. No refunds apply for early departure.
Pets are permitted in "Dog Friendly" areas when available.
Reception hours are 8am-5pm. Guests arriving outside these times should contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. There is a phone number listed on the front door of reception, if required. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
