8am - 11am and 1pm - 6pm Monday - Saturday. Closed 11am - 1pm 9am - 11am and 2pm - 6pm Sunday. Closed 11am - 2pm
Deposit & Payments
Deposit Policy - A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy - Changes and cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival.
Pets welcome at manager's discretion.

Cancellation Policy Changes and cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival the deposit is forfeited. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
