Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

Everything you would expect of an upmarket motel room plus more. The studio villa features a queen bed, LCD flatscreen television, DVD player, full cooking facilities, ensuite, dining setting, reverse cycle air-conditioning and more. A fold-out bed can be arranged for a third person. Whether you are a couple looking for a little more than a motel room, corporate guest or traveller, you will appreciate everything this villa has to offer!

Monday-Saturday from 8am-6:30pm. Sunday and public holidays from 8:30am-5:30pm. Please contact reception for opening hours during the Christmas period. After-hours arrival must contact reception to make necessary arrangements.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is required 14 days prior to arrival. Please note, that deposit amount and due by dates may change during peak, special event, long weekends and school holidays.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes and Cancellations - Changes and cancellations for stays must be made more than 72 hours prior to arrival. (Note - for the purposes of the Cancellation Policy 'arrival' time is 2pm). If a cancellation is within 72 hours of arrival the deposit is forfeited and no credit will be issued. Please be aware that the Cancellation Policy will apply should an event be cancelled for any reason including bad weather. Please note, that no refunds or credits will be permitted after arrival if you vacate early.

Dogs are permitted (sites only unless required by law) at the discretion of the Manager.

Unless prior arrangements are made, payment must be made in full at the time of check-in. Where late arrival arrangements have been made, the balance of the tariff will be applied to the credit card and the receipt/tax invoice will be issued. A cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged if upon departure the accommodation is found to be in an unreasonable state. All internal areas including the accommodation buildings are non-smoking. A $200 cleaning and deodorising charge will apply if this guideline is breached.
Reception Hours – 8am-6.30pm (Monday–Saturday), 8:30am–5:30pm (Sundays and public holidays). Guests arriving after hours must contact the park during office hours to make alternative arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after close and have not made alternative arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. *Please contact office regarding Christmas and New Year trading hours. Check-in time is from 2pm (cabins) and 12pm (sites), check-out time is 10am. Late check-out may be available for a fee.
Bunk Beds – “Warning, top bunk beds are not suitable for children under 12 years of age as stated in Australian Standards (AS/NZS 4220). Special requests are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Accommodation is serviced weekly. Additional services are available at an extra charge. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage caused, losses, extra cleaning charges or outstanding amounts may be charged against that card which will be recorded. A registration card is required to be completed on arrival by the holder of the reservation and current photo ID is required. Minimum nights stays apply during Easter, Christmas and New Year periods, and on long weekends. Adult rates apply to persons over 15 years old. Child rates apply aged 2–15 years old. Infants under 2 years old stay free. We reserve the right to eject any guest from the park who is deemed by Management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner: causing damage: disturbing other guests: using unacceptable language or otherwise breaching Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for damage caused, losses and extra cleaning charges. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: Not be the person named on the booking request or the person named on the credit card or not authorised to use the card, not able to pay for any changes, may cause damage to the property of the park or other guests, may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour, be younger than 18 years old and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age or be concealing a dog or unauthorised animal.
