    Booking Terms and Conditions:

    Internet allocations do not always reflect actual availability. Please call 1800 669 955 (free call) if your required dates do not appear.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy: During off peak periods your deposit will be refunded less a $30 cancellation fee if we are notified of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. During school holidays and long weekends payment in full is required prior to arrival and cancellations after the advised due date forfeit 50% of the full tariff. Within 72 hours prior to arrival there is no refund. Bookings for holiday periods or long weekends cannot be transferred once the due date has passed. The BIG4 guarantee assures full refund of your tariff within one hour of arrival if you are not completely satisfied with your accommodation or site. After this time there is no refund or credit for early departure. This includes due to inclement weather. A $30 processing fee applies to all cancellations. The park will process a charge to the credit card that you securely provided and advise you of the details of the charge in a printed receipt and copy of the card receipt will be posted within two days. Amendments and cancellations must be made directly with the park or online if permitted by the rate.

    Child Policy: Infant 0-3 years old inclusive (free of charge), Child 2-15 years old inclusive, Adult 16 years old and above.

    BIG4 Club Membership Discount: Where a BIG4 Club member discount is applicable, you must have a valid BIG4 Club Membership at the date of arrival.

    General Minimum Age - You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

    Special Requests - you acknowledge that Special Requests are on a request basis and are not guaranteed at the time a reservation is made.

    BIG4 Holiday Parks BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any of the particular BIG4 Holiday Parks. We only facilitate this booking service. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of the BIG4 Holiday Park.

    In-Park Perks T&C'S:

    Perks are subject to availability and are at the Park's discretion. Requests for early check -in and late check out need to be made in advance and are subject to availability. They are not guaranteed until arrival. Accommodation upgrade is for cabin accommodation only, always subject to availability and only to the next tier of cabin type available. Perks can only be redeemed once per stay and a maximum of one perk will be available during your stay, on request and subject to availability. A perk will only be provided to the person who is named on the BIG4 Membership card. In Park Perks can be updated at any time and without prior notice.
