Booking & Cancellation Policy for BIG4 Point Vernon Holiday Park Deposits: All advanced bookings will be subject to a non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee. Where only one night is booked the total amount must be paid in advance when booking is made. Christmas Bookings: A non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee is required to secure all bookings with the outstanding balance to be paid in full by the 31st October 2018. Easter Bookings: A non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee is required to secure all bookings with the outstanding balance to be paid in full by 31st March 2018 Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing Low Season Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. No refund for early departures Peak Season (including School Holiday’s Whale Season Public Holiday’s) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. No refund for early departures. In-Park Perks are subject to availability. Please enquire at time of booking. PARK RULES TARRIFFS/ RENT Tariffs / rental is to be paid in advance in full. Rental is to be paid at the park office during normal business hours on or before the due date. We accept cash and credit cards. EFTPOS facilities are available. Check in times is 1pm. Check out time is 10am. VISITORS Residents and guests are required to inform management of any visitors stay. All visitors are required to leave the park by 9pm. A visitors fee is payable for use of park facilities or for each overnight stay or longer. Tenants are fully responsible for their visitor’s behaviour. VEHICLES Only tenants’ vehicles are permitted in the park with a limit of 1 vehicle per site. Your vehicle must only be parked on your site and defined by management. No repairs are to be performed nor can any unregistered vehicle enter the park. Visitor vehicles must be parked outside at all times PETS We do allow pets at managements discretion NOISE Please ensure TV and radio noise is kept to a reasonable level. No excessive noise, especially after hours, will be tolerated B.B.Q. / CAMPERS KITCHEN / TV. ROOM - LIBRARY These are free facilities for park patrons. Please clean up after your use. These facilities close at 9.30pm. RUBBISH Securely wrap all rubbish and place in bins that are provided throughout the park. Recycle. WASHING Clothes lines and dryers are provided. No temporary lines are to be erected at any time. CHILDREN Parents and Guardians are responsible for their children's behaviour at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool and games room facilities. Must be thoughtful of other park guests. DAMAGE Please report to management all damage to park facilities or any potentially dangerous situation. Resident managers are on site 24 hours. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
