Reception hours vary during certain periods of the year. Normal reception hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm. Guests arriving outside these hours should contact the Park reception during the above hours to make alternate arrangements.


Changes and Cancellation

Changes and cancellations for stays during Mid and High Season must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be retained. Cancellations at other times can be made in the Off Season up to 9.00am on the day before the schedules arrival. All cancellations incur an administration fee of $50.00.


Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit applies to all online bookings.

COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy We currently have a flexible booking policy in place to reassure our guests they can book with confidence in these uncertain times. If you need to change or cancel your booking because of COVID-19 restrictions you can do so up to 72 hours prior to arrival. We can offer you the option to amend your booking or receive a full credit to use within 12 months. This applies to bookings arriving up until 31st August 2020 after which our regular terms and conditions will apply. Please don’t hesitate to contact our reception if you have any queries regarding this policy. By booking accommodation online at Racecourse Beach Tourist Park (RBTP) the Customer ("you") agree to the following terms and conditions: DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: A 50% deposit applies to all online bookings. CHRISTMAS DEPOSITS: ​Christmas deposits are 50% of the total booking price. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. The balance is due on arrival except during Christmas High Season when the balance is payable by the 30th November.  CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Changes and cancellations for stays during Mid and High Season must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. FAILURE TO NOTIFY OF CANCELLATION: If you fail to notify the park owner of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the park Owner without any refund to you. GROUP BOOKINGS Group bookings are the responsibility of the person making the booking or the person whose surname is used as the group contact. Any misconduct by one or more members of the group may lead to early eviction of the entire group without refund. RECEPTION HOURS: Reception hours vary during certain periods of the year. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check-in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during Christmas School Holidays, Minimum 4 nights at Easter: Minimum 3 nights on long week-ends and Minimum 2 nights on other weekends. Additional fees applies to persons 3 years and over who are staying on sites. There is no charge for children 2 years and under. A day visitor fee applies to all visitors wishing to visit guests in the park. Guests and day visitors will be required to wear a wristband whilst in the Park. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets are not permitted. Check-out time is 9.30am for all accommodation and 10.00am for sites. Late check-outs may be arranged at an additional charge where available. Check-in time is 2.30pm for all accommodation and 1.00pm for sites. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:- * Not be the person named on the booking request. * Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use that card. * Not be able to pay for any damages. * May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests. * May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour. * Be younger that 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age. * Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal. We reserve the right to eject guests from the Park who are deemed by Management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way: causing damage: disturbing other guests: using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
