Tween House is in a class of its own. Our large elevated three-bedroom family home is suitable for a large family or two families. The holiday home boasts three large bedrooms. The main bedroom with queen bed has its own ensuite and large walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a queen bed with wardrobe and the third bedroom has two bunk beds, a futon and television making this room the kids very own retreat. The futon can also be used as a double bed. The main bathroom has a large spa, washing machine, dryer and a separate toilet. The deck has outdoor seating and a private gas barbecue. Notes: This cabin sleeps a maximum of nine. Maximum of six adult(s) can be accommodated. Maximum of six children can be accommodated.

Changes and Cancellation
Online/Email/Phone Booking: A deposit is equal to 25% or one night's accommodation, whichever is greater (exception Christmas). Cancellations or changes advised within seven days of arrival - no refund. Cancellations or changes between 8-28 days of arrival, deposit will be held in credit in your name, to be used within 12 months of the date of cancellation. Credit not used within 12 months will be forfeited. Cancellations/changes outside 28 days of arrival deposits will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Peak seasons no refunds will be given if there are cancellations or changes after 30 September. However you may be eligible to receive a refund once the booking has been re-sold.

Deposits and Payments
Online Bookings: The full amount of the booking will be charged to your credit or debit card.
Occupancy: The quoted tariff is based on the number of persons provided at the time of booking. Extra charges will apply for additional guests. Please note occupancy limits apply to cabins and sites. Security Deposit: For all reservations a valid Visa or Mastercard will be required on check-in. Your card details will be held securely on file, as security for unpaid balances, damages or extra cleaning charges that may be incurred.
What you need to know
Early Departure: No refunds will be given should you decide to cut your stay short. Group Booking: Special conditions apply as agreed with our Groups and Events Manager. Forward Booking: Bookings will not be accepted over 12 months ahead of arrival.
