Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Please include your tow/draw bar in the estimate.
Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

8am - 7pm 7 days a week.
Pets allowed outside of school holiday periods (NSW & QLD) at manager's discretion.
You need to know
Deposit: In order to confirm a booking, a deposit for the first two nights stay is required within 7 days of making the booking. For one night bookings, payment in full is required. Deposits may be made by cheque, credit card over the phone, credit card online or via BPay. Please note that full payment for mid and high season bookings must be received 60 day prior to the date of arrival.
Notification: BIG4 Saltwater @ Yamba Holiday Park is a Tourist Park. Occupation of sites is strictly on a short term/tourism basis of 150 consecutive days and 180 days in a 12 month period. The Residential Parks Act does not apply.
Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Poilcy Cancellation of Bookings Made Wholly in Low Seasons: During low season, a deposit for the first night of the stay must be received when making a booking. Deposits will be refunded in full it the park is notified of your cancellation before 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival, the park will retain all of the standard deposit money. Any additional money which has been paid will be refunded.
Deposit and Cancellation of Bookings Made Wholly or Partially in Mid or High Season: During mid or high season, a deposit for the first night of the stay (excluding extras) must be received when making a booking either by credit card, direct deposit or cash payment.
The Balance of Payment for Mid and High Season Bookings Must Be Received 60 Days Prior to the Scheduled Date of Arrival: Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in mid or high season will be refunded if you notify BIG4 Saltwater @ Yamba Holiday Park of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold for the entire period of the booking.
If you decide to depart early, no refunds are given. Please note BIG4 Saltwater @ Yamba Holiday Park management cannot be responsible for changes in weather.
Perks Conditions: Perks are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the park. Requests for early checkin and late checkout must be arranged prior to arrival. These are subject to availability and not guaranteed . Perk can only be redeemed once per stay and will be provided to the person who is named on the membership card. A maximum of one perk will be available during your stay, on request and subject to availability. In-park Perks can be updated at any time and without prior notice. In-park perks are not transferreble or redeemable for cash. Perks can be conditional based on types of stay, such as cabin guests vs site guests and type of membership such as Perks+ and VIPerks.
