Terms and Conditions (1) Online bookings are subject to confirmation, once we confirm, full payment will be charged to your credit card which is your deposit. (2) Cancellation - 30 days notice in advance is required to receive a refund but it will be less a 3% cancellation fee of the whole booking value. (3) Changes made within the 30 days will not be refunded. (4) If you depart early no refund will be issued. (5) Minimum stays may apply weekends, public or school holidays and may apply at other times. (6) Surcharges may apply for 1 night stays. (7) You must be 21 years or more unless accompanied by an parent. (8) Any breach of park rules will result in your early departure.
Changes & Cancellations
To provide guests of Byron Holiday Park with the best experience, please note the following cancellation policy. This policy applies to all tourist accommodation. No refunds or cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date. Cancellation refunds may be available, provided 30 days or more notice is provided. To notify us of a cancellation please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your details. We will then reply, usually within 24 hours. Any cancellation refund will incur a fee of 3% of the total booking value.
We are happy for your small dog (under 10kg) to holiday on a powered or unpowered site with you and your family. Pets not permitted in any cabin. We ask that dog owners respect our simple rules when staying. No dogs are permitted at peak times such as Christmas, Easter and school holidays. Dogs must be under 10kg and certain breeds are not accepted. Only one dog per site (unless pre-approved). The park may end your stay at any time at the manager’s discretion. A refundable cash bond of $50 is payable on arrival. Dogs must be on a lead and secured when outside of your caravan or tent. Dog droppings must be collected immediately and placed in a plastic bag and then a bin.
