We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

Check-in from 2pm for cabins; from 12pm for sites (NSW time).
Check-out is 10am (NSW time). Late departures are subject to availability and payable fee.
7:30am-7:30pm -Sept to Apr (NSW time) 7.30am-7.00pm- May to Aug (NSW time) , seven days a week. In consideration of others and for safety reasons, all site bookings must arrive before Reception closes; please plan your trip and booking accordingly. Late arrivals for cabin accommodation by prior arrangement only.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit is required to secure each reservation. For phone bookings, a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation/site tariff must be paid at time of booking or within seven days of making booking for advance bookings. For online bookings, a deposit equal to the total tariff is required upon booking. For peak season/shoulder season and Easter bookings, a second deposit up to 50% is required by a specific date prior to the season. The balance of tariff is to be paid upon arrival. No cheques accepted.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation and Alterations For low season if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer/alteration of booking. If cancellation is made between 8-14 days of arrival, your full deposit will be held for a future holiday with us within 12 months of the date of the booking. If cancellation is made more than 14 days, a full refund less a $30 administration fee will apply with notice in writing. Booking cancellations and alterations in Peak Season & Easter must be made more than 28 days prior to your booking. Linen can be hired - $15 per single bed. Day visitors (using facilities) $5 per person/$15 per family. Late check-outs subject to availability and payable fee.
BIG4 Ballina Headlands Holiday Park has a no pet policy.
You need to know
Bookings Conditions: Bookings made subject to minimum night conditions cannot be reduced, but can be cancelled and the BIG4 Ballina Headlands Holiday Park Cancellation Policy applies. Tariffs and deposits are not refundable for early departures or cancellations once arrived. Booked accommodation or sites will only be held for 24 hours from commencement date unless otherwise arranged. No refunds will be given for no-show bookings. We recommend you seek independent travel insurance if you are concerned external factors may impede your stay. All guests must be over 18 years old unless with a parent or responsible guardian. I.D. may be required upon arrival. To use this site: You must be 18 years or older; you must have legal authority to enter an agreement, and you agree to be at all times bound by the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policies here in; you warrant that all information you supply is true and correct. Your booking is a contract that BIG4 Ballina Headlands Holiday Park will honour. By entering into this contract you are agreeing to abide by our Park Rules. Any breach of rules, booking terms and conditions, will result in termination of contract and forfeit of fees. Please note, that BIG4 Ballina Headlands Holiday Park is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day.
Australian Standards relate to the use of bunk beds and state that: "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use top bunks. Also children must not play on the top bunk." Please take this into consideration when booking online.

In-Park Perks are subject to availability and may change from time to time, any changes will be made on the BIG4 website at Managers discretion, and will be valid from that time. In-Park Perks will be offered upon arrival to Perks+ and VIPerks members only. Members must choose their one In-Park Perk upon arrival, and the In-Park Perk will be valid for the initial period booked. Extensions to bookings made after arrival will not entitle the Member to another Perk. Guests who join BIG4 whilst staying will be entitled to choose one In-Park Perk, valid for the rest of their stay. Any In-Park Perks offered at BIG4 Ballina Headlands Holiday Park are not valid at any other BIG4 Holiday Park. Once a Perk has been chosen, the perk cannot be exchanged or transferred. Some perks will have special conditions, such as age conditions, or time availability/access. i.e/ Pedal Karts require an indemnity and waiver form to be signed by responsible adult. These special conditions will be available for viewing at time of choosing In-Park Perk upon arrival.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
