Sculpture in the Gaol : 5th August – 1st September 2018 along with the 100th Anniversary of Closure of German Internment Camp
For the duration of the event the historic grounds of Trial Bay Gaol will be transformed into a dramatic landscape filled with sculptures for this stunning exhibition in its 10th year.
The theme for this years event will be the 100th anniversary of the Closure of the German Internment Camp as it was the end of the first world war.
Local artists, and school groups will provide the sculptures, or if you are feeling creative, you are welcome to enter and could be in the running for over $3000 worth of prizes!

Location: Trial Bay Gaol, South West Rocks (2 minutes drive from BIG4 Sunshine)
Cost: Entry for the gala event is only a gold coin donation otherwise standard Gaol entry fee applies.
The official opening will take place on Sunday 5th August from 11am at Trial Bay Gaol. Gaze in amazement at the cleverly crafted sculptures, produced by local school students and regional artists.
The official opening will also be marked with delicious local food stalls, coffee, kids entertainment, local stalls and historical information about Trial Bay Gaol.
