  • Deposit & Payments

    A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100 is required when booking any school holiday periods a year in advance. Half the balance for Easter Bookings is due by 1 August & balance by 1 February. Half the balance for Christmas Bookings is due by 1 June & balance by 1 November. Half the balance for September Holiday Bookings is due by 1 June & balance by 1 August. In off-peak periods, half of the total reservation fee is required on booking, and the balance on arrival.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    A $30.00 administration fee is retained on all cancelled bookings. School holiday cancellations notified less than 60 days before the booking will forfeit all monies paid. Cancellations at other times notified less than 30 days before the booking will forfeit all monies paid. Unfortunately we WILL NOT REFUND for reasons of late check-in, early check-out, shortening of stay, illness or poor weather.

  • Fees

    All Tariffs include up to 2 persons per night. Extra Adult $20 per night / Extra Child (5 - 15yrs) $9 per night

  • Pets

    PET FRIENDLY OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ON SITES. DOGS ARE ONLY PERMITTED ON SELECT SITES DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS OR LONG WEEKENDS ADDITIONAL $5 PER DOG PER NIGHT. SORRY NO DOGS IN CABINS EVER.

  • You need to know

    Terms and Conditions Office Hours: 8.00am to 6.00pm Check in times: After 2pm. For late arrivals after 6.00pm, please phone ahead to make arrangements prior to arrival dates. Check out time: 10am. If departing prior to 8am, please arrange with reception the day before. Late check outs should be arranged with reception prior to the check-out date.

    Mini golf is open to the public, $4 per person is payable at Reception Strictly all visitors must report to Office/Reception on arrival to the park. Any paying guests with people visiting their site must sign their guests into Solitary Islands Marine Park Resort upon arrival. If any visitors who would like to use the Resorts facilities such as Pool, jumping pillow, BBQ areas, playgrounds, Amenities then a 'Day Visitor Fee' of $5 per person is payable upon arrival. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
