Pet Porpoise Pool / Dolphin Marine Magic
Where in the world can you be kissed by a seal, shake 'hands' with a dolphin and feed little blue penguins? Why, on the Coffs Coast of course! Experience marine magic at the wonderful Pet Porpoise Pool, Australia's most interactive marine park. Children can play ball with dolphins, Bucky, Zippy, Calamity and Bella, watch them dive through hoops, sing, play football and tail wave. The seals balance balls, do fins stands, balance fish on their noses and ride skateboards.

The Clog Barn
Experience the colour and charm of Holland without leaving Coffs Harbour. The Clog Barn was the dream - come reality of Tom Hartsuyker who was born in Holland. Take a leisurely browse through the Clog Barn, where you will discover a treasure of souvenirs, special gifts, hand painted tiles, Coffs Harbour's largest range of collectable spoons and fascinating daily clog making demonstrations. The Clog Barn holds clog making demonstrations at 11am, 2pm & 4pm daily.

Coff Harbour Botanic Garden
Explore the garden path and mangrove boardwalk to admire the Gardens' outstanding collection of native and exotic flora, landscaped around a scenic bend of Coffs Creek. Live entertainment in the gardens at particular times of the year such as Buskers Festival, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and summer jazz evenings.

Glenreagh Mountain Railway Steam Train Rides

The Glenreagh Mountain Railway is where the past and present collide. Hop aboard the fully restored 1919 steam train, Betty and relive the old days on the Glenreagh to Dorrigo line. Sit in the open air carriage and puff your way through the countryside or relax in the comfort of the passenger car. For the train enthusiasts, the young and the young at heart or those yearning for yesteryear, Glenreagh Mountain Railway is a whistle blowing experience you will never forget. 1st weekend of each month.

Coffs Coast Food and Wine Festival

The Coffs Coast Food & Wine Festival provides the opportunity to sample some of the finest Restaurants, Wineries and Breweries from the Coffs Coast and surrounding regions, all in the one ideal location on the water at Park Beach. The festivities include the main event taking place at Park Beach Reserve on Sunday 9 November featuring quality live entertainment and taste plates from a huge variety of Restaurants and the official launch at the Coffs Coast Growers Market.

Coffs Harbour Carols by Candlelight

Woolgoolga Curryfest

Make your way to Woolgoolga on Saturday 28 April 2012 for the annual Woolgoolga Curryfest. It’s shaping up to be another great day full of amazing food, music and dance for this increasingly popular multicultural festival in the beachside town north of Coffs Harbour. Woolgoolga is home to the country’s largest regional Sikh/Punjabi population and has the first Sikh temple that was built in Australia.

Coffs Harbour International Buskers and Comedy Festival

The International Buskers and Comedy Festival involves more than 120 shows in 15 different venues over nine days. Shows include family entertainment in the streets of Coffs Harbour and in the surrounding villages including Sawtell and Woolgoolga, evening shows in the North Coast Botanic Gardens and adult shows in local pubs and clubs. Entertainment includes artists from across the globe, including a strong Australian and local contingent, in Australia’s largest gathering of professional buskers.

Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass Festival

The Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass Festival is rated highly on the festival circuit for folk and bluegrass followers and the program includes some of the best home-grown talent in both folk and bluegrass genres. It is a three day event so people can enjoy all the supporting activities. Family groups can camp in the showground and jam around the camp fire, dance and participate in workshops run by performers along with special programs for the children.

Coffs Coast Cycle Challenge

The Event is a ride of 100 kilometres starting and finishing at the Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshores. The 2012 Challenge, being held on the 5th August, will have eight different categories to enter suiting all cyclists.

Our Living Coast - Sustainable Living Festival

The Sustainable Living Festival, after 4 years of increasing growth, has now earned its place as a signature event on the Coffs Coast calendar. The week-long Festival has now become one of Coffs Harbour City Council’s biggest events of the year. Its uniqueness and its strength lies in its educational nature, its community-based values and the delivery of the Festival by Council, local community groups, institutions and commercial partners/sponsors.
