Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

The retreat has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge room, dining room, and ironing cabinet, as well as a large balcony with a barbecue.
Check-in time is from 2pm.
Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
Reception hours are 8am-6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night.
Deposit & Payments
A credit card deposit for the first night of your stay is required on booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. For Christmas holiday weeks a more substantial deposit of approximately 45% of full tariff will be required. Full payment will be required on Christmas holiday bookings, for accommodation only, by the 30 November.
Changes & Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, a $20 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit paid. If more than seven days (holiday seasons and long weekends more than 30 days) notice has been given, the balance of the deposit paid will be refunded. If notice of cancellation is less than seven days (holiday seasons and long weekends less than 30 days), a balance of the deposit will only be given if the accommodation/site has been re-let for the same period previously reserved (full consecutive nights only).
Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years old. Children rates apply to guests aged 2-15 years old. There is no charge under two years old. One vehicle only per site. Day visitor charge of $10 per adult and $5 per child applies to day visitors who are guests of park guests but who are not themselves staying in the park. Bonds may apply at check-in for group bookings (four adults) and for other items such as keys. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card.
Pets are NOT permitted within the park.
You need to know
Management wishes to advise all our valued guests that from Monday 30th April 2018 our pool complex will be closed for an exciting new redevelopment. It is expected that the scheduled completion for the pool upgrades will be December 2018 (weather dependent). All other park facilities will be open for the enjoyment of guests during this period including Sunny’s Aquaventure Park.
IN-PARK PERKS Terms and Conditions: Choice of one perk per stay for Perks+ members and two perks for VIPerks members.
1. Free DVD hire is capped at 2 DVDs per stay
2. 10% discount on merchandise is off full priced items only
3. Complimentary afternoon tea pack is valid for sites only
4. 10% discount on massage treatments are valid for VIPerks members only and are subject to massage therapist availability.
Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. No accommodation/site number is guaranteed.
For cabin accommodation, a Friday/Saturday rate includes 4pm Sunday check-out - subject to availability (not available school holidays or long weekends).
Day visitors are asked not to park in our 15 minute parking area as this is for guest check-ins and check-outs only. Parking is available up on the hill as you come in to the park or, if available, at your cabin or camp site.
Day visitors are asked to come to reception on arrival to pay day visitor fees and pick up wrist bands for both adults and children.
Minimum stays are applicable and shown on rates/availability screen.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person, and the right to eject guests from the park. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
