Covid 19 Guest conditions of entry

Please read this very important update regarding conditions of entry to BIG4 Forbes Holiday Park.
We reserve the right to refuse entry into our park if we feel that you are unwell or do not meet our conditions of entry. If your travel does not meet the criteria of the exception granted to the caravan park, we are legally unable to accept your booking.

We encourage all guests to download the COVID Safe app.
All visitors must report to the office and fill out a statutory declaration. Visitors must be limited to two per site and not use the parks facilities.
Visitors must report to the office each time they enter the park.
All guests are to fill out the statutory declaration and all persons noted and supply forward contact details.
If you feel unwell, please isolate yourself and report to the hospital for Covid-19 testing.
If you cough please cover your face with your arm and wash your hands.
Please wash your hands with soap and water regularly. Please wash your children’s hands regularly
When in the office, please observe the 1.5 metre rule which means one person in the office at any one time.
There is a soap dispenser located at the outside of laundry door as well wash stations in the amenities block.
There is a soap dispenser located in the camp kitchen.
Please observe the social distancing makers and guides throughout the park.
The camp kitchen has a maximum limit of 18 guests allowed however no gatherings larger than 10 permitted.
Please observe the social distancing markers in place around the firepit.
Only one person at a time are to use the BBQs, we are not supplying communal cooking utensils.
The pancake machine will not be in operation until it’s safe to do so.
Please follow social markers in camp kitchen.
The showers and toilets have a maximum of 4 guests in total allowed in them.
Please use social distancing markers outside of amenities block.
The guests laundry, please follow distance markers and only one guests is allowed at a time.
The playground is open however children MUST be supervised at all times by their parent and children’s hands to be washed prior to entry into the play area.
The pool is closed.
Facilities in the park are for paid guests only, not visitors.
We will not be entering any caravans to help with TVs or any other issues for our wellbeing.
There is signage through the park explaining the rules.
Please be patient with the regulations that we have in place.
Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
