Budget Cabin - 3 Person

Overview

Our Budget Ensuite Cabins are a perfect solution for budget-savvy travellers, or those looking for a no-fuss accommodation option.

These studio cabins feature a main room comprising a double bed (with all bedding and linen provided) plus a basic kitchen and dining area with TV and DVD player.  Electric heating is available, as is a pedestal fan.  A bar-sized fridge, cooktop and oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, and kettle provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A walk-through single bedroom leads to a compact bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Towels are provided for all booked guests.

Adjacent parking for one vehicle and an outdoor setting is provided for each cabin.

Changes and Cancellation

Non-refundable credits

In the event of cancellation within your specified cancellation policy period, management may offer a partial non-refundable credit. Credit is valid for a period of 12 months from your original arrival date. Previous tariff, discount or promotion applied will not carry over to the new booking dates chosen.


Pets

This accommodation is not pet friendly.


Deposits and Payments

Payments/Deposits
A deposit is required to secure each reservation. For all bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation/site tariff must be paid at the time of making the reservation. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit. If a deposit is not paid by the required date, your reservation will be cancelled.
Your reservation must be paid in full 14 days prior to your arrival. At least 14 days’ notice must be given for booking or date alterations. Date changes are subject to availability and minimum stay periods and may incur different nightly rates to your original booking.

Cancellations
In the event that you have to cancel your stay with us, please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing and sent to info@AICP.com.au from the Primary email address on the confirmed booking.    

High Season – all VIC School Holidays, Long Weekends and Events  

Cancellations made outside 14 days of your scheduled arrival will result in a full refund less a $30 administration fee. In the event that your stay is cancelled and eligible for a refund, we may process to your original payment method which can take 3-10 business days.

Cancellations made inside 14 days of your scheduled arrival will result in all monies being forfeited.

Shoulder/ Low Season – dates are subject to change  

Cancellations made outside 7 days of your scheduled arrival will result in a full refund less a $30 administration fee.  In the event that your stay is cancelled and eligible for a refund, we may process to your original payment method which can take 3-10 business days.

Cancellations made inside 7 days of your scheduled arrival will result in all monies being forfeited.   

Travel insurance and weather events
It is highly advised to look at travel insurance for cover due to unforeseen circumstances including weather events/conditions, event cancellations, medical expenses, health pandemics and loss or damage to personal baggage. Within the cancellation period of your booking, a refund will not be made due to weather conditions/events.

Bunks
Please note that according to Australian standards top bunks and elevated beds are considered dangerous and not recommended for children under the age of 9. Australian Standards relate to the use of bunk beds and state that “Children under the age of 9 years are not recommended to use the top bunk. Also, children must not play on the top bunk”. Please note that as we do not record the ages of children staying in the park, it is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to consider safe sleeping arrangements for their child/ren.

Pets
Pets are permitted on designated sites and cabins with prior approval from management subject to the conditions of our Pet Policy. Pets are not permitted in the Park during Summer School Holidays. Please check with our Guest Services Team for exact dates.

Vehicles
Strictly only one vehicle is allowed per site/cabin. Limited parking for additional/visitor’s cars is available outside the front fence of the park. Please contact reception prior to arrival if you are bringing a trailer or boat as we cannot guarantee space to park these on-site.

Fires
Fires are not permitted in the park (including coal based BBQs), other than our seasonalcommunal Fire Pit which is to be lit and managed by park staff only.
