Bushfires Updates & Warnings

The various State Fire & Emergency services are releasing regular updates and warnings regarding the bushfire situations around Australia.

Due to recent bushfire activity, please check RFS Advice and live traffic for current conditions before travel.

We understand that many customers will be concerned about refunds. Given the loss of communications with parks, all refund requests will be addressed once communications are restored and the fire risk has passed. All BIG4 parks are required to comply with Australian consumer law regarding refunds in emergency situations.
