BIG4 Taunton Farm Holiday Park is a very special place - a country farm in the midst of rolling hills and wineries. Events at BIG4 Taunton Farm Holiday Park are also special, with a strong country theme. Weddings, meetings, celebrations, family reunions - anything, can be held in our beautifully restored historic church or school, in our rustic barbecue shed or in the park grounds.

The showpiece of our function complex is two historic buildings which have been rescued from disrepair in the local countryside, relocated and beautifully restored at BIG4 Taunton Farm Holiday Park.

The Cowaramup school building was relocated from its original site south of the Cowaramup township (near Duggan's Dairy). Circa 1924, the building was the centrepiece of education in the town until it closed in 1960 and then was used by the Junior Farmers and Margaret River 1st Scout Group until 1990. The Congregational Church, circa 1928, was brought from the centre of Cowaramup to the farm in 2010.

Both buildings have been beautifully restored with as many original features as possible including stunning timber floors, windows and roofs. A timber walkway and deck tie the buildings together and ensures a large and level space where events can spill from indoors to outside.

The function centre is now a popular venue for local events - from meetings and reunions to country themed weddings, family reunions and parties. Many guests choose to cater themselves taking advantage of the abundance of fresh produce, including wines, from the Margaret River region. Margaret River also has several excellent wedding and function planners and caterers who can assist people organise their function.
Also popular for events is our rustic farm shed, which includes barbecues and basic camp kitchen equipment, and our extensive grounds.

On site accommodation means that guests can enjoy a relaxed event and a safe walk back to their accommodation afterwards. Breakfast barbecues are a popular addition the next day.
