Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

Most sites are well grassed and shaded, some drive through sites available upon request. All sites are centrally located to amenities and have drainage facilities for vans.

Deposit & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and balance is required on day of arrival.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes and Cancellations – Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full (less a $30 booking fee). Bookings cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the arrival date will have 50% of the deposit deducted. Where bookings are cancelled less than 15 days the deposit is forfeited. Bookings can be moved without penalty (depending on availability).
Only in your caravan/tent/camper van in the off season and at the discretion of management. You must call the park direct to gain permission.
You need to know
Deposits and Payments - A credit card payment of 50% of the full amount of your stay is required on booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to you.

Reception hours are [8am to 6pm] Monday-Friday, and [9am to 5:30pm] Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the deposit. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage or theft caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay of  seven nights applies during high season, a minimum of  four nights at Easter and a minimum of  three nights on long weekends. Adult rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children's rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. If you are departing on a weekend or public holiday there is a fee of $25. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. Pets are not permitted in our accommodation at any time, but are allowed in your own caravan/tent/campervan, etc. in the off season only. Please ring the park direct to make arrangements. Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check-in time is from 2pm.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
- Not be the person named on the booking request.
- Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
- Not be able to pay for any charges.
- May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
- May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
- Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
- Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
