Comfortable family cabins, the Park Cabins sleeps up to 6 people (max 4 adults). Open studio design with Double Bed in main area, along with living/dining area with LCD television and self contained kitchen. 2 sets of bunk beds are located in a separate bedroom. Double bed is made up (allows for a couple). Beds are made up for each extra person booked. Self contained kitchen, comfortable lounge/dining room with LCD TV.

    Terms & Conditions Deposits and Payments - Payment in full will be taken by the Park & the Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. All Cancellations will have a $20 administration fee apply. All cancellations and changes must be made directly to this office. By phone (03) 5962 4328 during office hours (8:30am - 8:00pm). By email: No Cancellation policy applies on Specials & Packages. All Cancellations will have a $20 administration fee apply. Low Season - During the low season, deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified of your cancellation 48 hrs prior your scheduled arrival. Otherwise arrival the park may retain the deposit paid. For a special event (e.g. Concerts and festivals) weekend, High & Mid Season - Deposits for bookings made wholly or partially in high and mid seasons will be only refunded if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Otherwise your deposit will only be refunded if the site or cabin that you have booked is able to be re-booked. Every effort will be made to re-book the cabin or site so that we can refund your deposit. We will accept a Raincheck for 6 months where you can use your booking at a later time.All Cancellations will have a $20 administration fee apply. Reception hours : Check –In is 2pm to 8pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Kiosk is open from 8am to 6pm daily. Group bookings can only be made by phoning this office not online. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stay periods apply as shown on the online booking system. Adult rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
