Frequently Asked Questions

There's no such thing as a silly question!

Here are some questions that are frequently asked by our guests. If you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly team.

Is your park pet friendly?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for the furry members of the family.

Are camp fires permitted?

Sorry, but fires are not permitted anywhere within our park.

Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes! You get 500mb a day to allow you to look at your emails, search online or look at social media.

What is your location in Mildura?

We are located just off the corner of the Calder Highway and the Sturt Highway behind a store called "Cheap As Chips" on a small service road that runs parallel to the Sturt Highway (also known as Deakin Avenue). We are located across the street from an Aldi Supermarket.

Just out our back gate you can take a short walk to Mildura's main shopping complex, Mildura Central Shopping Centre. In there you will find everything you need, including Woolworths, Target, food outlets, chain stores, boutique stores, banks and cafes. There is also a bakery and gym just outside the gate. A short 5 minute stroll away is Big W, Hungry Jacks, Subway, Dan Murphy’s a chemist and even a tavern. Needless to say, we are very centrally located in the city of Mildura!

Is linen provided for the beds in the cabins?

We provide everything except for pool towels.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is normally open from 9am to 9pm daily, though this is subject to change. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Can my kids ride their bikes, scooters or skateboards around the park?

Yes, but we don't allow electric scooters and all guests must wear a helmet and adhere to all park rules including: no riding after dark, giving way to pedestrians and all vehicles and leave in a safe place to not cause trip hazards. Riding is at your own risk.

Can I have a visitor?

You are welcome to have a few visitors occasionally, but not all day, every day (unless they are staying here too!). All visitors must report to Reception and must leave the park by 10pm. Visitors cars must remain outside the park.
