We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Reduced Mobility access
Our 2 bedroom holiday units are great for families and contain full kitchen, lounge and dining area, TV, DVD and bathroom. The main bedroom has either a Queen or double bed with bedding supplied and the second bedroom has trio bunk beds (one single and one double). The second bedroom does not have bedding, however this can be supplied for an additional cost or guests are welcome to bring their own. Pillows, pillowcases and towels provided throughout. No Balcony.
You need to know
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposits and Payments - A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. Over Peak Season December/January either a $50 or $100 per week deposit is due and Is not refundable. A 50% of the total is due by the 1st of August and 100% due by the 1st November. No refunds after the 1st of November. High Season is during Melbourne Cup Long Weekend, Christmas School Holidays, Labour Day Weekend and Easter. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send a booking confirmation in the post. The balance is due on check in except in high season, when the balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Changes and Cancellations – All cancellations incur an administration fee of 1 nights tariff. Upon check-in no refunds are given for altered bookings or for early departure. Christmas/Peak weekends - no refunds are given after November 1st or 14 days prior to any other Peak Times. Reception hours are 8.30am-6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Various minimum night stays apply throughout the peak season, a minimum of  nights at Easter, a minimum of  nights on long weekends and a minimum of  nights on other weekends. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge for children under the age of 2 years. Australian Standards relate to the use of bunk beds and state that: "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must not play on top bunk." Please take this into consideration when making your booking. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets are not permitted. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged - a fee may apply. Check in time is 2pm for cabins and 12pm for camping We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
