These spacious two bedroom apartments have a queen bed in the main bedroom and one single and one bunk in the second bedroom, sleeping 5 people in total. All main beds are made up and the beds in the second room have linen and towels provided. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and hairdryer, and separate toilet. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking facilities, full stove with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposits and Payments - A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. In some instances the balance may be due in advance of your arrival. Your deposit confirmation letter will advise this. Changes and Cancellations – Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival date will incur a administration fee of $50.00. Cancellations 14 days (or less) before arrival date - refund less first nights tarriff. Reception hours are 8am to 7 pm. Guests arriving outside these times should contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day, without prior notice , will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. Minimum Stays may apply during high season, public and school holidays and weekends. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 4 to 15 years. There is no charge under 4 years. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged and a charge may apply.(Subject to availability ) Check in time is from 2pm. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received.
