You might have some questions about your stay with us, so we've compiled some of the most frequently asked questions right here! Once you have arrived, please feel free to drop by the office if there is anything we can assist with during your stay.
What hours is your office open?
We are open from 8am – 6pm daily. We also have meal discount vouchers, tour bookings, a kiosk and milk available.

55 Roadknight Street, Lakes Entrance, VIC 3909
When can I check-in and when do I have to check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm through to 6pm. Arrival after this time is available by contacting reception during office hours.
Check out is by 10am (unless by prior arrangement).
Are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately we are not set up to accommodate any furry friends at this point in time.
Do you have a pool?
Yes we do, in fact we have three swimming pools! The pool hours are from 9am - 9:30pm. Please note that no glass, running, bombing or diving is permitted and children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
Do you have a playground?
We have a playground for children who are 12 years old and under. For safety, the playground is to be used during daylight hours only and children must be supervised at all times.
When is the Games Room open?
The Games Room is open from 8am-9:30pm.
Can I use the Tennis/Basketball Court?
You can, but first need to book in at reception. Hours at 8am-dusk and equipment hire is $5.
Do you have internet access?
While we do have free WiFi for guests in the park, it is limited. The speed is good for checking social media and emails, but not suitable for streaming services like Netflix. There is a good WiFi signal around the reception building but we cannot guarantee WiFi in accommodation.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a self-serve coin-operated laundry open from 8am-9:30pm. Only our Garden Cottages have their own laundry facilities.
Do I need to bring linen?
No you don't! All linen is included, the beds are made and bath towels provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
Do you have noise restrictions?
Noise from any source must be kept at a minimum at all times, particularly before 8am and after 10pm.
What facilities are nearby?
BIG4 Whiters Holiday Village is just a short stroll to the main shopping centre and the footbridge that leads to the famous Ninety Mile Beach. Check out all the local attractions here along with what's on during your stay.
