Fundraiser pancake breakfast
Sunday morning pancake breakfast fundraiser, which runs from over the summer holidays.
At BIG4 St Helens Holiday Park we are all about giving back where we can.
Since September 2018 we have been running our Sunday morning pancake breakfast for a gold coin donation. This has proven to be a huge success not only with money raised for our chosen charities, but with travellers enjoying catching up over brekky and our staff having time to chat and pass on their local knowledge over breakfast. While there have been a few mornings where we have only had a dozen or so people there have been times over the busy Christmas and Easter period, we have had people lined up right out to our fire pot. Our staff love seeing people smile when they receive their pancakes with most coming back for seconds and thirds.
The kid’s like to get involved as well, we have had a few come in and help mix a few batches for us as well as adults, we just love to see the kids enjoying helping, it makes our day.
All proceeds are passed onto our chosen charity, which have included to date, Drought Angels, Royal Flying Doctors Service and our current charity is Maddie's Vision.
