TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKINGS: We welcome all individual & group bookings however the BIG4 discount will ONLY be applied to the individual bookings of BIG4 members. If you are unsure about availability & pricing please contact us directly on Freecall 1300 559 745 or 03-6376 1290. Bookings will only be accepted if the required minimum nights are booked as per our Park policy both for off-peak & peak/busy periods. This includes minimum stays during Christmas/New Year (min. 5 nights), Easter (min. 4 nights), School Holidays & major local, state & Australia-wide long weekends (mostly min. 3 nights). Please contact reception directly for clarification on 03 6376 1290 or reception@sthelenscp.com.au Payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking. The Park will process the full amount against your credit card and send confirmation to the email supplied. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person if we reasonably believe that it may not be in the best interests of our business to do so. CANCELLATIONS: A $20 fee applies to all cancellations. For all Peak Period bookings a refund of the balance will only be processed if the booking space is able to be resold for the equivalent period otherwise all payments are forfeited. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Check in time for accommodation is from 3pm & sites from 11am. Check Out time for all sites & accommodation is 10am. Arrangements can be made for after-hours arrivals so please inform the office of your needs. DOGS: We now accept pet dogs however conditions apply so please contact the office for full details.
