A standard open plan cabin with simple facilities and furnishings. Small Kitchen area has bench-top cooker, microwave oven, kettle & Toaster. Double bed and a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 4. Bedding provided for main bed only. Guests should bring bedding for bunks or hire is available. Australian Standards state that children under 9 years should not sleep on top bunks. Please take this into consideration when making your booking

Deposits: A deposit is the cost of the first night's base tariff and must be received by the Holiday Park at the time of booking or within 7 days of reserving to confirm your reservation. Please advise Park if paying by BIG4 Gift Vouchers. Dogs on Holiday Park: No Dogs are permitted into the Cabins or Cabin Areas, Dogs are permitted onto Powered Sites, at the sole discretion of the park management and all guests wishing to bring a dog onto the park must contact the park prior to arrival. All pet owners must abide by the Dog Policy Agreement available at time of check in. Check In Time Check in time is after 2pm. Earlier times may be available on request. Please confirm this with the park at the time of reservation. At the time of reserving please provide the Holiday Park with your estimated time of arrival. Should check in be after 7pm, please advise the park of expected time of arrival. Free Book Ahead Service for BIG4 Club Members BIG4 Holiday Parks offer a Free Book Ahead Service between Holiday Parks to guarantee your accommodation is confirmed at your next destination. Ask about this service when you next check in at any BIG4 Holiday Park. Reservations using this service are subject to site availability and must be made while you are at a BIG4 Holiday Park. Cancellations When making a direct reservation with a BIG4 Holiday Park, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted by park owners subject to the following cancellation policy guidelines. Any reservations through agents or other third parties may be subject to separate policies and you should check their conditions. Low Season Cancellation Policy Deposits will be refunded if Park Reservations are notified of cancellation 7 days or more, prior to your scheduled day of arrival. For cancellations requested up to 7 days prior to arrival, deposits can be transferred to a rebooked cabin or site, subject to availability and must be taken within 6 months of original reservation. Cancellations requested within 24hrs prior to day of arrival are subject to loss of deposit. High Season Cancellation Policy Deposits made wholly or partially in High Season will be refund if Park reservations are notified of cancellation 30 days or more prior to your scheduled day of arrival. All cancellations requested up to 29 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of deposit. All cancellations are subject to an administration charge of 10%, not exceeding $50. Deposits made by credit card will only be refunded back to the original credit card. Other deposit types will be refunded via bank deposits or cheque. No Cash refunds available. Early Departures No refunds for early departures. Failure to Notify of Cancellation If you do not notify the park owner of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be cancelled by the park owner without refund of any paid deposit. Day Guests Paying guests who are expecting visitors during their stay, are requested to inform reception staff at the time of check in. During times of high occupancy, visitors may be refused entry to the park. No Visitors pets are permitted onto the park. A day tariff will apply for all visitors to the park. Weekend Single Night Supplement BIG4 Port Willunga Tourist Park reserves the right to charge a weekend single night supplement on all Spa Unit and Deluxe Cabin bookings made via the telephone booking service.
