Booking Policy: Children under 3 years stay for free on a site or in our accommodation. A credit card deposit equivalent to the first 2 nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check in most cases except at very High Demand-Peak times if you are in a Deluxe Villa Accommodation type you may be required to pay the amount in full 2 weeks before check in. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less $50 cancellation fee .Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. ( If the park is able to re -book accommodation for the full time ,at the descretion of park they may refund part of deposit or hold it in credit for future use.) No refund is applicable for early departures. Reception hours are 8am to 6.00pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.
