    Booking Policy. $200.00 deposit is required to secure a Villa or a Deluxe Villa booking, $150.00 for the cabins and $50.00 for a site. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check in. A 1.2% credit card processing fee will apply to all payments made by Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to booking will be refunded, less a $20.00 administration fee per booking. If a cancellation is outside of these terms the deposit is forfeited No refunds are given for early departure Reception hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking.
