Deposits BIG4 Noosa requests that you pay a deposit for your stay. Generally, the deposit is the first nights tariff and must be received by the park within 7 days of reserving to confirm your reservation. Online reservations require full payment at the time of booking. The payment of the deposit is subject to the cancellation policy below. Check In Time Check in time is after 1pm. An earlier arrival time may be available on request at the time of reservation. At the time of reservation, please provide the Park with your estimated arrival time. In the event that you are delayed please call the Park. Check Out Time Check time is 10am. A later check out may be available upon request at the time of reservation. Cancellations When making a direct reservation with BIG4 Noosa you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted by Park owners subject to the following cancellation policy guidelines. Any reservations through agents or other third parties may be subject to separate policies and you should check their conditions. Low Season Cancellation Policy If a cancellation is received in writing 4 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival your deposit will be refunded in full less a $20 booking fee. The deposit may be transferred to a suitable alternative booking within a 12 month period. Management reserves the right to relocate or change a site if necessary after booking. High or Mid Season Cancellation Policy Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in high or mid season will be refunded less a $20 booking fee if you notify the Park of cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If less than 60 days notice is received it is at the parks discretion to give a refund of the deposit less a $20 administration fee. Early Departures BIG4 Noosa does not refund should you cut short your reservation or holiday. Failure to notify of Cancellation If you do not notify the Park owner of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date your reservation may be cancelled by the Park owner without refund of any paid deposit.
