Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

These basic cabins are close to the pool. It features two bedrooms; the main room has a queen bed, and the second room has two single beds in a bunk. The lounge and dining room are combined with galley kitchen along the hall. Kitchen facilities include cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, large fridge, full-size oven with stove top, and microwave. Bathroom with either spa bath or shower depending upon availability (two of the four jumbuck cabins have a spa). Linen is included in these cabins, only the queen bed is made. Please note that children under 9 years old are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk.

Deposit & Payments
In order to confirm a booking, a deposit for the first night's stay is required at the time of booking. Deposits may be made by credit card over the phone or BPAY. Please note, that full payment for high seasons bookings must be received 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
If you decide to depart early no refunds are given. Please note, that we cannot be responsible for changes in weather. We do not allow refunds due to weather conditions. Guaranteed sites or cabins: Please note, that we do not guarantee particular site or cabin numbers, you are booking a type only. We do endeavour to please our guests in maintaining their requests. Management reserves the right to move bookings to the same type if necessary.
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the park. Please ask reception for information on the closest pet-friendly motel.
You need to know
Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation of bookings made wholly or partially in low season. During low seasons, a deposit for the first night of the stay must be received when making a booking. Deposits will be refunded in full if the park is notified of your cancellation before 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival, the park will retain all of the standard deposit money. Any additional money which has been paid will be refunded.
Deposit or cancellation of booking made wholly or partially in high season. During high season, a deposit for the first night of the stay must be received when making a booking either by credit card, direct deposit or cash payment. The balance of payment for these bookings must be received 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in high season will be refunded if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold for the entire period of the booking.
Bunk Beds: Please note that children under nine years old are not permitted to sleep in the top bunk. Please advise reception as soon as possible if you need to change your cabin due to this.
Parking: One car park is allocated per site or cabin. Additional cars must be parked in the visitor’s car park. Please advise reception as soon as possible if you have a boat or trailer. We suggest that you leave your boat in your car park if it fits, and your car in the visitor’s car park. If you have any questions prior to arrival, please contact us.
Riding equipment includes, bikes, skateboards, rip sticks, go carts and scooters. We do allow children to bring their own riding equipment to use in the park. However, the park has a 'No Helmet, No Ride' policy. Please remember to pack helmets when packing 'riding equipment'. There are other conditions such as, no riding after dark or around certain areas of the park. Children will be issued with a bike licence upon arrival.
Check-in and Check-out: For your information, check-in and check-out times are noted below. Please note that we operate on NSW time during day light saving months. If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please advise reception so that we can arrange an after hours check-in service.
How to Find Us: Latitude: 28° 11' 40" S (-28.194598). Longitude: 153° 31' 51" E (153.530964). Coming from North (Brisbane): take the Tweed Heads/Coolangatta exit just through the tunnel. Veer right and follow signs to Tweed Heads, Kennedy Drive. Left onto Kennedy Drive at end of exit lane and follow along parallel to the Tweed River for 800m. Follow the signs under and over the bridge to Tweed Heads South (requiring a left hand 270 degree loop). Over the bridge and then turn right at the next lights. This is Dry Dock Road, you can see a Tweed Billabong sign. Follow this straight ahead for 2km and then turn left into Holden Street which is the 7th Street. Coming from the South (Sydney): Just over Sexton Hill the road forks, take left for Tweed Head. Stay on this road and turn left at the fifth set of traffic lights (past the Tweed City shopping centre, etc). This is Dry Dock Road. Follow this straight ahead for 2km and then turn left into Holden Street which is the 7th Street.
