Once you have stayed in this level of superior accommodation you will find it hard to go back to a normal holiday park cabin. Deposits may be made by cheque, credit card over the phone or Direct Bank Deposit. Please note that Full payment for high season bookings must be received 60 day prior to the date of arrival. ___________________________________________________________________________ Notification: BIG4 Saltwater is a Tourist Park. Occupation of Sites is strictly on a Short Term/Tourism Bases of 150 consecutive days and 180 days in a 12 month period. The Residential Parks Act does not apply. ___________________________________________________________________________ DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS MADE WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY IN LOW OR MID SEASONS. During Low and Mid Seasons, a deposit for the first night of the stay (excluding extras) must be received when making a booking. Deposits will be refunded in full in the Park Owner is notified of your cancellation before 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival, the Park will retain all of the standard deposit money. Any additional money which has been paid will be refunded. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS MADE WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY IN HIGH SEASON. During High Season, a deposit for the first night of the stay (excluding extras) must be received when making a booking either by credit card, direct deposit or cash payment. THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT FOR HIGH SEASON BOOKINGS MUST BE RECEIVED 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE OF ARRIVAL. Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in High Season will be refunded if you notify Saltwater Holiday Park of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold for the entire period of the booking.
