Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

4 star two bedroom Villa with two ensuites. Outdoor patio with BBQ. Two TVs. Queen in main with spa ensuite, Queen in second bedroom and single bunk. Sleeps 2 – 5. FREE Austar, FREE Tennis, FREE Kids Club on weekends and School Holidays. All linen provided.
Check-in time is from 12pm for sites and 3pm for accommodation.
Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
Reception hours are Sunday-Thursday from 7am-7pm or Friday-Saturday from 7am-8pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangement. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.
Deposit & Payments
Deposits and Payments - A credit card deposit of the full booking amount is required at the time of booking. The park will process the full amount against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes and Cancellations (off season) – Cancellation within seven days of arrival, no refund, cancellation between eight-28 days of arrival, your full deposit will be held for up to 12 months to be used for any future booking, and cancellation outside 28 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $30 handling fee, if you prefer this to the above option. Changes and Cancellations (peak season) – Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, no refund, and cancellation between 15-28 days of arrival, your full deposit will be held for up to 12 months to be used for any future booking.
If your visitors wish to enter or use the park facilities for the day they must first be registered at reception. All registered Day Visitors will be issued with a wrist band which must be worn while in the park. This identification wrist band provides access to our wide range of facilities including “Sammy’s” and “Neptune’s Castle”. The cost to our Day Visitors is only $10 per person, including spectators who choose to enter the water park.
With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
You need to know
A minimum stay of seven nights applies during high season and at Easter, a minimum of three nights on long weekends, and a minimum of two nights on other weekends.
Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years old. Children rates apply to guests aged three-15 years old. There is no charge under three years old.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
- Not be the person named on the booking request.
- Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
- Not be able to pay for any charges.
- May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
- May exhibit socially unacceptable behavior.
- Be younger than 18 years old and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
- Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
By entering our park, you and your child/ren consent to being photographed from time to time using the facilities for the purposes of being included in promotional material of the BIG4 North Star Holiday Resort.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
