The Northern Rivers Military Museum is located at the Casino Drill Hall and aims to educate residents and visitors alike on local involvement in all world wars and conflicts.
The museum is designed to accurately express the region's military history, as well as share the victories, tragedies and sacrifices of those who served their country.
The museum acknowledges the families of veterans, and embraces the communities enrichment from the cultural and educational diversity the people brought to the region during their service and, in many cases, brought back when they returned.
The newest feature at the museum is a World War One replica Nieuport 11 biplane.
