What you need to know

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

A BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL CREDIT CARD DETAILS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. THIS RESERVATION REQUIRES A 100% PAYMENT AT TIME OF BOOKING.

All bookings made via BIG4 Casino Holiday Park are made subject to these terms and conditions. The person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons who will be staying at the property under the booking.

Bookings may also be subject to additional terms and conditions applied by individual properties. These terms and conditions may relate to items such as payments, deposits and cancellations and you should confirm the exact conditions directly with the property before booking. If there is any inconsistency between the property terms and conditions and these Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.

All rates are based on 2 adults, additional charges apply for extra adults and children, Infants are aged up to 2 years, children are aged up to 15 and all ages above this are considered adults for the purpose of booking.

For standard bookings full payment is to be made at the time of booking.

For group bookings please contact the Park Manager directly.

Minimum bookings apply over long weekends, special events, school holidays, Christmas and Easter. Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number after booking if deemed so necessary (with notice if possible).

You consent and authorise Hampshire Property Group and the relevant property to collect, use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of administering your booking and providing you with any services associated with your booking. We may also use this information from time to time for the purpose of informing you about offers and promotions.

Changes and Cancellation:

Low Season - First night deposit required at time of booking. Full payment due 7 days prior to arrival (non-refundable after this date). There are no refunds for early departures or no shows. Any cancellations received prior to 7 days of your arrival will incur at $50.00 cancellation fee.
 
High Season - First Night deposit required at time of booking. For bookings over long weekends and school Holidays (excluding Peak Summer Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day), a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. For one-night bookings, payment in full is required to secure your reservation. Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival (non-refundable after this date). There are no refunds for early departures or no shows. All cancellations and amendment requests must be in writing, emailed to info@casinoholidaypark.com.au. Cancellations received prior to 14 days of your arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations over long weekends (including Easter, June Long Weekend, and the October Long Weekend) received more than 31 days from your arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00.
 
Peak Season - An initial deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. A further 25% deposit is required by 30 June 2020. Your final balance is due by 30 November 2020. There are no refunds for early departures or no shows. All cancellations and amendment requests must be in writing, emailed to info@casinoholidaypark.com.au. There are no refunds for early departures, or no shows. Cancellations received prior to the end of June will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received after the 30th of November, are non-refundable unless we able to resell your booking dates. In this case you will lose your initial deposit as a handling fee and be refunded the balance recovered, up to the value of your booking.  If your balance has not been finalised by the 1st of December, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Your non-refundable deposit will be withheld, and balance refunded.
